Secure Browser Troubleshooting

There are a couple secure browsers installed on the computers in the commons, and there are others that are sometimes downloaded and run. All are used for testing that commonly occurs in the East and West Commons. However, it looks like none of the secure browsers will launch (or run) if there are any other programs running on the computer. The Print program that automatically launches on computer start-up is a common cause for failure for secure browsers. A good first step when troubleshooting secure browser issues is to make sure that all programs are shut down...especially the print program.
