Custodial Services EMERGENCY (the issue needs immediate attention)

Step One: Contact FM@YourService OR 319-335-5071 and provide as much detail as possible in the communication (e.g., room #/exact location)

Step two: Complete the Online Incident Report Form

*If you are unsure if the issue is an emergency or not consult with your supervisor. Please note water leaks and power outages are covered in the Emergency Procedures document.

Note, vendors, contractors, FM staff, should have a contact person. Please ask for a name and reach and call/email that person specifically. Consult a supervisor if the information is not clear.
