When a patron finds a book or other material using InfoHawk+ and would like to borrow the item, the person can make a request by signing on to InfoHawk+. The user can choose delivery to a campus library, office delivery, or home delivery. If a user does not know how to do this, walk them through the steps.
You can also make the request in some cases if the user [insert circumstance here].
IMPORTANT! If material is already on loan, do NOT request it! Instead, refer the person to Interlibrary Loan or Uborrow (see Missing Items).
