- ASERL Webinars The Libraries adds ASERL webinars to our "intranet", and a lot of us attend those. They are free and sessions are recorded and can be accessed after the event.
- ARL Association of Research Libraries - events also on our intranet
- Carterette Webinar Series Free webinars from the Georgia Library Association. The series highlights trends, innovation, and best practices in libraries.
- FDLP (Federal Depository Library Program) Free webinars, mostly about government information, but also about topics that would be of interest for the general public, like, "Setting the Holiday Table: Government Recipes"
- NNLM Network of the National Library of Medicine. Some of their webinars are also promoted as professional development in our intranet
- Infopeople Some of their webinars are posted on our intranet.
- Webinars hosted by URI These are webinars hosted by the Graduate School of Library and Information Science of the University of Rhode Island. They have addressed problems that involve privacy, oppression, information access, etc.
- Engaging Across Cultures Offered by International Programs, this is a professional program for graduate students.
- UI Events Calendar Events from a lot of different departments, including Special Collections and Hardin Library, which gives workshops about EndNote, OrcID, and other tools people in the Health Sciences use a lot
