Two single-user restrooms are located on the third floor past the Enrichment Collection in the 24 hour study area. 

If door accidentally locks from outside with no user inside: 

There is a screw above the doorhandle that can be turned using a screwdriver to change bathroom sign from "Occupied" to "Vacant".
