In ICON, click on Settings at the bottom of the left menu.
Choose the Navigation tab.

Find Course Materials+ in the list.
Click on the three vertical dots and choose Enable, then Save.
Use the three vertical dots to drag and drop Course Materials+ to your desired location in the ICON menu, and Save again.

Refresh the page to see your success!
