Careers in Banking and Financing can span a variety of roles and skills.
For Commercial Banking, skills in finance and completing due diligence of a potential loan is critical. But don't forget, the company is also your client. Your role is to partner with your client to help your financial institution meet their banking needs. So good communication skills, as well as problem solving skills will work to your advantage.
