- BizEdge Mentorship ProgramStepping onto campus for the very first time can be both exciting and intimidating — but you don't have to go it alone. Launched in 2017, the Tippie College of Business BizEdge Mentoring Program is a mentoring initiative designed to help students of color and first-generation undergraduate business students connect with others who've been there before. As a mentee, the program will help you quickly form connections, access resources, and navigate your way forward as a Tippie undergrad. BizEdge mentors serve as role models and help guide the next generation of business undergrads to successful futures.
- Reaching Out in BusinessReaching OUT in Business's mission is to promote professional development for LGBTQ and ally students; provide a support group for those that are out, coming out, or have not come out; and create an environment within the Tippie College of Business that embraces LGBTQ students.
- InvestHerInvestHer is a community of students committed to building knowledge and networks in finance, exploring careers, developing leadership, and investing in women. Encouraging women to interact with finance, InvestHer provides opportunities for workshops, discussions of financial topics, and hearing speakers who can help members navigate the large field of finance and their options within it.
- Multicultural Business AssociationThe Multicultural Business Student Association (MBSA) believes that diversity is key in today's business world. We take that belief and channel it toward building diversity on campus and throughout Tippie. From professional trips, cultural conversations, and business simulations, any student studying business or otherwise can find a great reason to join. Prepare to embrace different cultures and perspectives and find your unique place within MBSA.
- WAVE - Women Alternative AssetsThis organization supports women in private equity and venture capital - can they have a career conference for college students
- ForteAs a sponsor school, you can join Forte for free. They have conferences and programming designed to help you develop your career in finance.

- Career.edYOU Academy @ JP Morgan ChaseCareer.edYOU Academy is a virtual educational program designed for college sophomores (class of 2024) from historically underrepresented backgrounds. This program will deliver an immersive experience introducing you to internship opportunities and insight into our recruiting process. This experience will prioritize you for Summer 2023 internships!
