- ColandrA free web based open access, machine-learning assisted tool for conducting evidence synthesis. This tool uses machine learning, natural language processing, and text-mining functions to partially automate finding relevant citations and extract desired data from PDF articles.
- CovidenceA web-based subscription tool for screening and data extraction and allows multiple team members to access the project. A free trial that allows import of up to 500 references is available.
- Distiller-SRA subscription tool that supports web based record screening, data extraction,and report generation. Supports multiple reviewers and facilitates appropriate collaboration.
- EPPI Reviewer 4EPPI-Reviewer 4 is developed and maintained by the EPPI-Centre at the Social Science Research Unit at the Institute of Education, University of London, UK.
- Health Assessement Workplace Collaborative (HAWC)A free web based modular, content management system designed to store, display, and synthesize multiple data sources for the purpose of producing human health assessments of chemicals. This online application documents the overall workflow of developing an assessment, from literature search and systematic review, to data extraction (human epidemiology, animal bioassay, and in vitro assay), dose-response analysis, and finally evidence synthesis and visualization.
