Aeon is the system we use to grant and track access to our materials. You must submit a request for each item (book, map, or box) you wish to view. Setting up an Aeon account is easy and only takes a few minutes.

To request a book or map in Aeon, click the link on the INFOHawk+ search page:

This will open the partially completed Aeon request form. To complete your request, select yourself from the "Request for" dropdown menu and enter a date when you would like to view the item. Then click "Submit Request."

To request a manuscript or archival box in Aeon, click the link on the ArchiveSpace search page:

Then click "Edit Request" under "Submit Requests."

Click "Date of Visit," enter a date for when you would like to view the item, and click "Submit Request."
