  • AccessUN  Restricted Resource (published by Readex) is an index to UN documents, covers 1945 on.
  • Millennium Development Goals Portal
  • UNBISnet, the Dag Hammarskjöld Library's documents index and online catalog. Use its UN-I-QUE: United Nations Info Quest site to look up document symbols and sales numbers (1946– ).
  • United Nations Documentation: Research Guide, designed for users new to UN documentation, "provides an overview of the various types of documents and publications issued by the Organization... and gives guidance as to where to find them in either electronic or paper format and how to work with them." Especially A-Z
  • United Nations Press release database
    Full texts of the UN press releases issued since October 1995 are retrievable in this database. Press releases, though they are formal statements made by the UN, are not considered official. Press releases are a good source to find out about recent meetings since issuance of meeting records takes time.
  • United Nations Publications Catalogue. A listing of UN Sales Publications. To learn about the publications of the various UN Organizations, consult their individual Web sites.
  • UNBIS Thesaurus. The multilingual thesaurus contains the terminology used in subject analysis of documents and other materials relevant to UN programmes and activities. It is used as the subject authority of the UNBISnet.
