DeStress Fest Guided Meditation

Student Wellness is providing a live meditation at 11am each weekday during DeStress Fest! Each session will include a brief intro about meditation, a 10 minute practice, and then a brief overview of the Student Wellness mindfulness program. More information on the mindfullness program can be found here:
