Chocolate Mug Cake (5/6)
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/8 tsp baking soda
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp water
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- Mix dry ingredients in a microwave safe mug
- Stir in wet ingredients
- Microwave for about 1 minute and 45 seconds
Snickerdoodle Cake (5/9)
- 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp melted and cooled butter
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Mix dry ingredients in a microwave safe mug
- Stir in wet ingredients
- Microwave for 1 - 1.5 minutes
For Topping:
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- Mix ingredients and add to top of cake
Blueberry Muffin Cake (5/12)
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tbsp butter, melted and cooled
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- Mix dry ingredients in a microwave safe mug
- Stir in wet ingredients
- Stir in lemon zest and blueberries
- Microwave 1.5 - 2 minutes
Coffee Cake (5/7)
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/16 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp + 2 tsp water
- 2 tsp canola oil
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- Mix dry ingredients in a microwave safe mug
- Stir in wet ingredients
- Microwave for about 1 minute
For the topping:
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 1 1/4 tsp brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp butter
- Mix ingredients and add to top of cake
To make gluten free
- Substitute almond or oat flour for all-purpose flour
- Substitute 1 egg for water
Chocolate PB Cake (5/10)
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp baking power
- pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- Mix dry ingredients in a microwave safe mug
- Stir in wet ingredients
- Microwave for 1 minute
To make vegan
- Substitute milk for a non-dairy option
Birthday Cake (5/8)
- 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 4 tbsp milk (or non dairy milk)
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp sprinkles
- Mix dry ingredients in a microwave safe mug
- Stir in wet ingredients
- Microwave for about 1 minute
To make vegan
- Substitute milk for a non-dairy option
S'mores Cake (5/11)
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp graham cracker
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 tbsp chocolate chips
- 1 large marshmallow
- Mix dry ingredients in a microwave safe mug
- Stir in wet ingredients
- Sprinkle with chocolate chips and top with marshmallow and graham cracker
- Microwave for 2.5 - 3 minutes
