Make an instant reservation on the tablet next to the door if it is green, which means the room is available.
If the tablet is red, it has already been reserved. If someone didn't show up for their reservation you may ask about using the room at the Service Desk.

You will need to ask at the Service Desk to be let into the room. It remains locked.
There's a reminder on the door that you'll need to have a USB with you to use the One Button Studio. If you forgot one, ask at the Service Desk.
You can arrange what you need in front of the camera (chairs, podium, etc.).
Use the tablet and the USB puck to get started.
Put your USB in the little "puck" that is on the table. The screen next to it will then display a button. Push it to start recording, and push it again to stop recording. Remember to take your USB with you when you go.
