At a patron's request, staff can extend a 2- or 4-hour loan. For example, a student requires a textbook for a test that is several hours away. If the loan seems reasonable, change the due date:

• Loan the item as normal.
• Select "..." and then Change Due Date.
• A dialog box appears which requires the new due date and time.*

*The time is in 24-hour format.  8:30 pm, for example, would be 20:30.
