For images, photographs, or magazine covers find the following information:

• Photographer or artist name
• Year or date of creation
• Title or brief description of subject
• URL 
• Name of magazine, source or location

For recordings such as songs or interviews find the following:

• Songwriter, artist or interviewee 
• Producer or interviewer
• Album name
• Date of creation
• Location
