Asian Pacific American Cultural Center

This guide is created as a resource for the Asian Pacific American Cultural Center at the University of Iowa

Hello and Welcome

Welcome APACC students! I am here to help you with any questions about the UI Libraries, finding resources in and outside the library, the research process, and finding information on the history of the APACC and Asian American and Pacific Islander history. If you would like to reach out to me, my email and information can be found under my picture on the left.

I would love to chat!

APACC logo with pastel green, red, and yellow coloring. This guide is maintained by Jenay Solomon. Originally created with Marina Zhang, with input from student Jordan Peck in 2019 and 2020. We created this guide for APACC students and others to discover resources, such as the scholarship, books, films, authors, and organizations that reflect the various cultures of Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders.

Here you will find information on the history of the APACC, APACC staff, AAPI student organizations at the University of Iowa, as well as community resources and organizations who support Asian, Asian American, and Pacific Islander American communities and people across the state of Iowa.
