If you want to limit your search results by language, expand the language menu and put a check in the box by the language you want and click REFINE. You can select multiple languages. 

You can also exclude a language. From the language dropdown menu, hover your mouse just to the right of language/number of items. Click on the grey box with a link through it to exclude that language.
