- Use the metered parking located behind Hardin library. The meters allow for up to 4 hours of parking and must be paid using one of these methods:
- Via the Park Mobile app
- Via the Park Mobile website
- Text "Park" to 77223
- Scan with your phone the QR Code on the Park Mobile signage in the lot where you park
- Park in the Newton Road Ramp.
