UI Libraries Resources

What is InfoHawk+

InfoHawk+ is the public interface to search the UI Libraries catalog, including our book and media collection, ebooks and journals titles, plus some of our most used and useful databases. You can find the books we own and the journals we subscribe to, but you can also find articles through some of our database subscriptions.

What is included in InfoHawk+?

Use the tutorials below for guidance or ask a Librarian to learn more.

Please feel free to get in touch with Brett Cloyd for any research or information questions related to the School of Urban and Regional Planning. Contact information is to the right. The tabs at the top of the page will take you to some selected resources that may be helpful to your studies or research.

Request delivery. In InfoHawk+, when you login, and select the "Find in Library" tab for an item, you'll have an option to "Request Delivery". If  you have a campus address, books and other materials will be checked out and sent to your office address.

Ask a Librarian. UI Libraries provides a variety of ways to work with research librarians, including consultations, but feel free to also contact Brett if you would like some assistance with your research.

If you hit a "paywall" asking you to pay for material, please be sure to check if access is available from the UI Libraries via InfoHawk+. For example, Interlibrary Loan. If you are looking for an item not held at the UI Libraries, we can get it for you from other libraries.
