Hardin 101: Room reservations
Classroom reservations
Information Commons East and Information Commons West are computer labs. Each seat 50, with 25 computers running Windows.
If you need specific software or a secure browser, you must request this at least 30 days in advance.
Classrooms may be reserved by any faculty, staff, department, or student organization.
Learning Lounge
This area includes two collaboration spaces with a table and seating for 6-8 in front of the pods. Each space has a 55” monitor equipped with Mersive Solstice software that allows users to wirelessly share the screens of their laptops or mobile devices by connecting using either a browser or the free Solstice app. Directions for connecting are shown on the monitors. Whiteboards are also available in the Learning Lounge.
The lounge may be used for small group activities, classes, or as a study space. Users must bring their own devices to connect to the monitors.
Group study reservations
Group study rooms are available on floors 2, 3, and 4. Rooms vary in size and available technology. More information about each room is available in the reservation system.
