You can use the search box and put in a topic or just scroll to browse issues. Once you select a topic of interest, you will see a short overview, then you’ll see a variety of resources. Looking at Featured Viewpoints for a topic would be useful for someone making an argument.

Written by experienced journalists, footnoted and professionally fact-checked. CQ Researcher provides in-depth coverage of the most important issues of the day. You can choose topics, hot topics, or Pro/Con. The Pro/Con feature can be useful for finding two sides of an issue.
