Even if a user is off-campus, you can verify if we own the title and if we are supposed to have access to the journal by searching the A-Z list or using InfoLink via InfoHawk.

If we do not have access but should, see trouble shooting paths about reporting to ERM.
If we do have access but user is off-campus, make sure they are accessing the journal/article through the Libraries website, which will allow them to authenticate with their HawkID and password.
