Tax Forms, Instructions, Publications

You can e-file both your Federal and Iowa returns FREE if:

  • You are under 25 or
  • You are over 65 or
  • You claim the Earned Income Tax Credit or
  • You earned $30,000 or less or
  • You served active duty military including reservists, National Guard and Coast Guard

Why eFile?  Your refund will arrive within days and can be deposited directly into your bank account.

The Iowa Department of Revenue provides downloadable tax forms and instructions, E-filing Options, refund status, and some topical guides. 

Federal: The Internal Revenue Service provides downloadable forms for individuals and businesses that may be searched by form/publication number or by topic. Specialize tax guides are available in areas such as:
