Willow joined the Pomerantz Business Library in January 2014. She grew up in Canada and completed her Masters of Information Studies in 2008 at the University of Toronto. Willow started her career as a Reference and Instruction Librarian at the University of Northern British Columbia (UNBC), before moving to Nottingham in the United Kingdom. In Nottingham, Willow worked as an Open Access Adviser where she gained a passion for studying and understanding issues in the Scholarly Publishing environment. When Willow has time and is not chasing her toddler around she also likes to knit and occasionally run a Half Marathon.
