InfoHawk Catalog vs. Smart Search
The University of Iowa Libraries homepage is your gateway to library resources including the InfoHawk Catalog, journal article databases, electronic journals and books, reference materials, and many more web-based resources.
Smart Search is a tool for conveniently searching the InfoHawk Catalog (for books and videos) and a number of other digital resources. Note: Physically browsing in either the Main Library or Hardin Library for the Health Sciences is another great search strategy. To find call number ranges associated with specific subject areas, see the Library of Congress Classification Outline.
Use the InfoHawk Catalog or Smart Search to look for books and films in the Main Library and Hardin Library for the Health Sciences.
To locate peer-reviewed journal literature in Global Health Studies and related disciplines, search databases under the "Find Articles" tab.
