French Official Publications

The Government Publications Department at the University of Iowa Main Library has the following parts of the French Journal Officiel (which has been published under various titles since 1869) and other official French Publications.

One section of the Journal Officiel, the Senat Debates (eventually Proceedings), is available via the National Library of France from 1869-1940. In addition, other sections of the Journal (excluding the debates / Proceedings) appear to be are available full-text back to 1947 via the Legifrance interface (although you have to conduct a title word search to retrieve them). http://www.legifrance.gouv.fr

And finally, partial runs of the Proceedings of the Assemble Nationale (http://archives.assemblee-nationale.fr/ 1958-) and the Senat (http://www.senat.fr/seances/seances.html 1946-) are available on their web sites.
