Even if a user is off-campus, you can verify if we own the title and if we are supposed to have access to the journal by searching the A-Z list or using InfoLink via InfoHawk.
- If we do not have access but should, see trouble shooting paths about reporting to ERM.
- If we do have access but user is off-campus, make sure they are accessing the journal/article through the Libraries website, which will allow them to authenticate with their HawkID and password.
