All University of Iowa students, faculty and staff are eligible for a free EndNote Basic account.

Known Issues

Users have reported they are unable to edit references in EndNote Basic when using Internet Explorer 11. This problem has been reported to EndNote Support and will be resolved as soon as possible. In the meantime, users can fix this problem by adding to their Compatibility View settings (Tools --> Compatibility View settings) or by using another browser such as Firefox, Chrome or Safari.
