Consider using EndNote Basic, as a way to keep track of resources for your research

- available free to UI community through a UI Libraries' subscription
- tutorials available
- creates a list of resources in a variety of style formats (APA, Chicago, MLA)--you will need to double-check output for accuracy

Zotero is a freely available web-based citation management tool with many of the same features as EndNote Basic.
