Articles or chapters from nonelectronic journals, newspapers, or books held in any University of Iowa Library (with the exception of the Law Library) can be scanned, delivered electronically, and available for viewing for 14 days.
Materials on reserve for classes at The University of Iowa can now be searched online. Here you can search by course instructor, course name, course number, or department in addition to author, title, or call number.
(For instructors) A librarian, working with a course instructor, can design an in-class presentation that promotes information literacy, based on the goals and objectives of the course. Please contact the Sciences Library for more information.
Library users may request that materials owned by one University of Iowa Library be sent and held for pickup at another University of Iowa Library or delivered to an office on the UI campus through campus mail.
